We look at Contributors (or Social Connection between your User dimension) a bit differently. Given that many of the times, there isn't a pre-define Social Network between your users; we consider it importantly to group and dynamically generate such network based on the similarities between your users. This way, you will not only have a much simpler methods to identify groups of potential buyers with same behavior, but also able to understanding the meaning behind their behaviors and take actions upon. All this is done based on the content-level similarity between the users. 

Contributors helps to determine an individual’s relative importance within a data set. Our Graph-analysis-based algorithm helps to identify all the possile links and connections within all contributors and determine, on-a-semantic-level, the significance of each user. Our engine works even if there is no existing user graph, so it becomes extremely powerful when dealing with textual data like emails, surveys, call-center, and interviews.
