Yes, Signals provides you the ability to adjust the sentiment scores to drive business-specific impact. There are 2 ways you can tune up sentiment scores:
1) You can simply right click on any Buzzword and set the Sentiment Value from -5, -4, -3, -2, -1 to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Then submit the edits and reprocess the data.
2) You can also customize sentiment scores on individual words by assigning scores to words in a customized sentiment list. Once the list is created, upload it in Advanced Options when processing the data. Reprocessing of data is needed when you update the list to show the latest analysis results on dashboard.
