Signals gives you flexibility to share your Dashboard with colleagues or to report it to others. "Where is the Sharing interface?"

In Signals, there are four levels of sharing.

  1. Level One - Share with an Individual. You can find more details on sharing to Individual at "How to share Dashboard to an Individual within your organization".

  2. Level Two - Share with a Group. Your group list will appear in the Sharing interface whenever you are sharing a dashboard, taxonomy, etc. You can select multiple Groups should that be necessary. More about Groups, "How to create a group?", "How to manage a group?"

  3. Level Three - Share to your Subdomain. You can select pre-defined "public" group in the Sharing interface. This function  creates a cross-organization sharing within your company. No external access will be granted here. Please check with your Information Security team before perform this operation.

  4. Level Four - Embed to a Webpage. You can select "Embed the Dashboard" and copy HTML embeddable code to any website.  This way you are able to share the analytics Dashboard and maintain its interactions for public consumption.  Note: this meaning anyone who has access to the HTML will be able to access your Dashboard, be very vigilant about sharing non-public data. Please check with your Information Security team before perform this operation.
