On the Data tab of your dashboard, you can export raw data from the Unsupervised NLU Model, Taxonomy, AutoLearn, and Neural Sentiment Model to comma-separated value (CSV) format, or to Power BI (see Exporting data to Power BI for more information) where you can perform further analysis.

To exclude data from your export

You can optionally exclude data on the All tab before you export it. 

Data is not excluded from the dashboard, only from the Data tab and your exports. 

1. Open a dashboard that contains the data that you want to export.


2. Click the Data tab.

3. Select the All tab, then click the drop-down arrow that appears on the tab and select Settings.

4. In the Settings dialog that appears, by default, all fields are included, and the view is of the Include fields list. Click the minus icon next to any field to exclude it. 

5. If you only want to include a few fields:
a. Click Clear current selections.

 The fields are cleared, and an Add all fields button appears.

b. Click inside the Search box to select a field to add.

c. Repeat until you have selected all of the fields that you want to include.

6. If you only want to exclude a few fields:

a. Click Clear current selections.

The fields are cleared, and an Add all fields button appears.

b. Click Exclude.   

c. Click inside the Search box to select a field to exclude.

d. Repeat until you have selected all of the fields that you want to exclude.

7. Click Submit. The All table updates to reflect your choices, and these are the fields that export.

To export data to CSV

1. Open a dashboard that contains the data that you want to export.

2. Click the Data tab.


3. Select the tab for a model with data that you want to export, then click the dropdown arrow that appears on the tab and select Export.

A message box informs you that the data is exporting. 

4. When the files are ready, click the Download link on the dialog that appears.

5. In the Save As dialog, save the CSV file to your file system.
