Use the Qualtrics connector to retrieve and analyze survey data.
Please note that the Qualtrics API imposes some limitations on the amount of data that you can pull. According to the Qualtrics API reference, the limitations are as follows:
- Max file size: 1.8 GB
- Rate limit: 15 requests per minute
Stratifyd uses the Create Response Export method of the Qualtrics Survey API's endpoint:
When setting up the connector, you can filter your results by date.
During onboarding, Stratifyd sets up your company information in the API so that all of your company surveys appear in the drop-down list of surveys.
You can change your date range on the second page of the wizard, or optionally Schedule data crawls to update your data stream periodically.
This connector returns the following fields that you can use in analysis.
Fields vary depending on your survey questions, an original field is returned for each question on your survey.
This connector only pulls surveys that are available to the token used in the connector settings (screen shot above).
If there is a new survey that is not showing up, try the following steps:
1) Check to see who created the survey in Qualtrics
2) Make sure the survey is shared with the desired API token user
3) Update settings and check to see if the survey appears in the connector
