Data connector details

  • Category: Survey
  • Connector type: API

Description

Use the SurveyMonkey connector to retrieve and analyze survey data.

API limitations

Please note that the SurveyMonkey API imposes some limitations on the amount of data that you can pull. For the most up-to-date information, see Request and Response Limits on the SurveyMonkey Developers site. Stratifyd uses the GET method of these two endpoints:

  • /v3/surveys
  • /v3/surveys/{survey_id}/responses/{response_id}

If you have issues with pulling data, try narrowing your date range on the second page of the wizard.

Input fields

When setting up the connector, you log into your SurveyMonkey app and filter your results by survey.

  • Access token: Copy and paste in the access token for your SurveyMonkey app.
  • Survey: Select the survey to analyze. (This field populates after a valid access token is supplied.)

You can change your date range on the second page of the wizard, or optionally Schedule data crawls to update your data stream periodically.
