What is a conditional widget?
You can create conditional widgets that change depending on custom thresholds in your data. For example, you might want to create a widget that tracks your average NPS (Net Promoter Score). If your score is satisfactory, you can choose to display a positive icon. If your score slips below the satisfactory range, a negative icon will show.
Here's how to create a conditional widget:
-
From your workspace, hit the +Add Widget icon in the bottom right corner to create a new widget.
-
In the widget editor, you'll choose your dimension to track. In this case, we've selected a neural sentiment score.
-
In the right-side column, you'll set your threshold value. This is your target KPI for a given metric. For this example, it is .5. If the threshold is being met or exceeded, then the metric background is positive/green. When the threshold is not being met or below the threshold then the metric background is negative/red.
Select the visual icon you'd like to see represented in your workspace. You can choose a thumb up or thumb down icon, smiling or frowning face, or color coded arrows. You can also adjust the colors.
