There are a variety of options available for exporting your data from the Stratifyd platform.
Exporting Datasets
Full or subsets of data can be exported from the data tab of your workspace into Excel, CSV, or to PowerBI. Watch a brief snippet of how to export a dataset here.
From your workspace, click the Data tab. Select the connected data stream you wish to export by clicking on the stream selection dropdown menu in the left corner of the workspace.
From there you can choose your file type, name the file, and Start Export.

A new window will appear showing progress on your export. Feel free to close this window; your export will appear in the Notifications tab of the Home page when it is ready for download.

Exporting Subsets of Data
Subsets of the full dataset can also be exported several different ways.
1. Global filters – A global filter can be applied to the dashboard which will also be applied to the dataset when attempting to export the data. For example, if you wanted to export data from a specific date range, you could apply a global filter for that range and then export as normal. The export will then reflect the filtered subset of the data. This can be done with any other kind of global filter.
2. Exporting specific model outputs – If you only want to export specific model outputs from the whole dataset, you can achieve this in the data tab by first choosing the stream you want to export from, then to the right of the stream selection button, click the model selection button to choose the specific model outputs you want to export. From there, the export is done the same way but the export will now contain only the outputs of the chosen model.

3. Field Selection – To export only a few select fields from the entire dataset, you would first choose the dataset you would like to export from, then select either “All data” or a specific model output from the model selection dropdown button. From there, click on the dropdown to the right of the model selection button and choose “Settings”.

In this menu, you can drag and drop selected fields from the list of all fields in the dataset. The fields that you have selected can also be excluded by clicking the “Exclude” switch in top right corner of the menu.

From there, you will click “Submit” in the bottom right corner of the menu, and export as usual, but now the export will contain only the desired fields.
Exporting from a Widget
Data can also be exported from a widget in multiple formats (Excel, CSV file, JSON, or image) by clicking on the 3 dots (vertical ellipsis icon) in the top right corner of the chosen widget. Then, select “Export”, choosing the format you would like to export the widget in and then naming the file. Watch a brief snippet of exporting a widget as a graph image here.

Exporting tabs as a PDF
You can also export entire tabs as a PDF. Simply click the 3 dots (ellipsis icon) at the top right corner of your workspace and clicking “Export”. Watch a brief snippet of how to export a single workspace tab here.

Then, you'll choose which tabs to export and then click Export PDF.
