In the event that you are unable to access your account (forgotten password, password expired, etc.), you can click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. This will prompt you to enter your email, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
If you are still having trouble, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, and they will reset it for you.
In your My Account tab, you can reset your password, edit your profile, set your preferences, and download an API key.

In My Account dialog, there are four tabs: My Profile, Groups, Settings, API

On this tab, you can view your user account details and reset your password.

Groups tab
Groups are used to easily share with everyone on your team. If there is a group of users you will be sharing dashboards / data / models with frequently, creating a group is an easy way to ensure all users have access with just a click. From the Groups tab you can see all Groups you are in, manage groups, and create new.

Settings tab
On this tab, you can set your preferences. These take effect only for when you are logged in, and do not affect other team members' views of your shared dashboards.

Display NLU Sentiment - if you would like to use the Theme Detection (NLU) model but don't want to visualize it's sentiment, you can toggle off the sentiment color display
API Key tab
On this tab, you can download or revoke an API key for use in uploading a large file, or performing other API tasks.
