Managing your Team Members

When you join an account or add team members, you’ll also need to assign a permission level. Below is an overview of the various roles available and what capabilities those users will have. The number of users available depends on your plan.

• Power Users

  • Also known as standard users, these users will have full control over the building and exploring capabilities in the Stratifyd platform.

  • Can deploy Smart AI models, manage Tasks, build Taxonomies, manage APIs, manage Listen Actions, create and apply stories (sets of filters), share streams, and export data.

  • Cannot manage other users or groups, but can manage their own settings.

     

• View Only Access

  • Designed for a team member who would like to review reports and explore insights.

  • Full ability to explore and export workspaces, apply global filters, create and apply stories, export widgets.

  • Cannot create or delete workspaces or widgets, cannot manage other users or groups, but can manage their own settings.
    
    

• Admin Users

  • Full control over the account management and security, including the ability to add or remove users, manage account groups, and general settings.

  • All power user capabilities (as described above).

A note on Sharing Assets

Standard users have the ability to create assets in their account which remain “private” and only accessible to them. The user may share assets with other individuals or groups. Once assets are shared, they become available to the group and are managed by group members based on the group permissions.
