Description

Use the Drugs.com Review connector to retrieve and analyze customer feedback on drugs produced by Pharma companies.

Data Limitations

• This data connector supports drugs that contain reviews.

• We restrict the url to match the medication summary. (example: https://www.drugs.com/ibuprofen.html)

Input fields

When setting up the connector, provide the URL of the durgs or medications for which you want to analyze.

• Drugs.com URL (*required): On the Drugs.com web site, navigate to the drug and from the address bar, copy the URL, then paste it into this field.

• Add new search: To analyze multiple versions of the product or multiple products, click this as many times as needed to add more URLs.

• Upload: Click to upload a file containing a list of product URLs. Takes a TXT file with one URL per line.
  (CSV is also acceptable, but it must have one URL per line.)

You can change your date range on the second page of the wizard, or optionally Schedule data crawls to update your data stream periodically.

• Description: Description of the reviewer.

• Description: Date and time on which the review was crawled.

• Description: Date of the review.

• Description: Name of the drug reviewed.

• Description: Number of people who found the review helpful.

• Category: KPI

ProductURL

• Description: URL of the drug search

Review

• Description: Review content.

• Category: text index

• Example: "Completely escalated my symptoms. I cannot believe this is happening! Stay away from this product!"

Rating

• Description: Reviewer's rating for the drug.

• Category: KPI

• Example: 1.0
