There are a few different options for sharing content with your fellow team members in the Stratifyd platform. For the purposes of this article, "content" is synonymous with any data stream, workspace, or model you may wish to share with other team members.
Please note that you can only share content with other users who are registered with Stratifyd. If you wish to share material with people outside of Stratifyd, please contact your Stratifyd rep for more information.
Watch the brief tutorial below, or keep reading for further instructions.
Sharing with Content Cards
The most common method of sharing is using the content cards. You can access the sharing menu by clicking vertical ellipsis icon at the top right of each content card (pictured below). Select Share from the dropdown menu, and you can share the chosen data stream with groups or individual team members.
Sharing within Content
Another common practice for sharing is within a specific content settings menu. You'll find these sharing options in the top right menu within the webpage (pictured below).

Sharing a workspace
Sharing a taxonomy model
Sharing with API
A less common method for sharing information is programmatically with an API call. Some customers have developer teams that assist Stratifyd users with automation. There are specific POST API calls that developers can use to perform this function. For information contact your Stratifyd representative.
